Apply for a property

In order to apply for and be considered for one of our rental properties please take the time to complete each of the following steps ;

Inspect the property

No application to rent a property will be considered unless the applicant has physically inspected the property.  In the past some tenants have applied for a property, been approved by the landlord only to withdraw after they have seen the property.  In order to avoid such issues we require every applicant to inspect the property first.

Complete an application form

You can download an application form by clicking the link below.  Be sure to complete every question.  If we have to call you to find the answer to a question you have omitted it might delay your application.

Attach all required documents

You'll find the list of required documents on page 3 of our application form.  Don't forget personal references as well as ledgers/statements from your current real estate agent and evidence of your current employment such as a recent pay slip. Please ensure you photocopy all of your documents, as we do not accept originals and do not provide photocopies.

Bring everything to our office

Once you have completed your application bring it together with all photocopied documents to our office.  We are open 7 days a week and our friendly staff will review your application on the spot to ensure you haven't missed anything.

Once we have your complete application form together with all documents we can generally process everything within 60 minutes (subject to us being able to contact the landlord and any referees).
