Hoxton Park, located 38 km south-west of the Sydney CBD, is part of the local government area of the city of Liverpool and is in the Greater Western Sydney.

The area was first settled in the 1800s, with land primarily utilised as farms. Major growth took place starting in the early 1990s when a significant number of new houses were constructed in the area. Development continued between 2000 and 2001 but at a slower pace.

Hoxton Park is an amazing place to live in and raise a family. It is safe, peaceful and quiet and the neighbours are friendly.

It is ideal for families as it is close to several good schools and child care facilities, including Hoxton Park Public School, Hoxton Park High School and Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School.

The suburb is home to many parks that offer playgrounds for children as well as sporting grounds for cricket, baseball and others.

Hoxton Park is a 3-minute drive to Carnes Hill Marketplace via Kurrajong Road.

Interline links the suburb to Liverpool and suburbs to the west with four bus services running along Hoxton Park Road and Cowpasture Road. The suburb has easy access to the Westlink M7 and a good portion of Sydney.

If you are looking for a house to buy or rent in the suburb, you can search for properties in Hoxton Park. You can even book an inspection of properties online through Prudential Real Estate.
