Who remembers 1994?

On the 4th January 1994, Wayne Browne and Michael O’Sullivan joined forces to begin Wayne Browne (Real Estate) Pty Ltd at Macquarie Fields and then some 6 years later our Ingleburn office. These offices provide real estate services such as sales or leasing of houses, villas and townhouses, listing property and leasing properties and servicing the needs of buyers and sellers along with landlords and tenants in the Glenfield, Macquarie Fields, Macquarie Links, Long Point, Ingleburn, Minto, Inglepark and Bow Bowing areas.

It was now that I knew what had to be done to make a difference in an industry not recognised for quality experiences. I understood that I could make a difference to other people’s lives by providing the “Family image” and I believed I could succeed with each and every customer I came into contact with. I concentrated on being a part of their lives not just a Real Estate Agent.

This is what Prudential Real Estate Macquarie Fields is all about. Doing the little things that make dealing with us an experience in assisting people with their dreams. And people knowing that we are not just another Real Estate Agent.

In December 2000, it was my turn to replicate the opportunity that I had received when I opened our office at Ingleburn. It was from this “embryo” that the real experience and true values came to the fore. It was an opportunity, not only to grow the business but also to mature as a businessman.

Now the Property Management Macquarie Fields “family” has grown to employ many people in the local area, each of whom recognise that the values of friendship and reliability are more important than just making the sale.
